his 1996 Monaco dynasty when this photo was taken.
There are two fresh water tanks shown above, the one on the left the owner cleaned and flushed before a RV rally (not a tank with an Aqua Saver); the one on the right is a tank with an Aqua Saver installed (1996) and has had nothing but well water filtered through just a paper filter. Twice chlorinated water was used at a campsite when the owners ran low and needed water. Hated that chemical taste
QUESTION Washing your car! You pre wet the car you apply soap you wipe the suds around you rinse off you get in and there is a nice streak on the hood you missed NOW if you cant remove the streak after all that and is in the open how can you flush out a tank when you cant get inside. FLUSHING AND FLUSHING YOU JUST CANT TRUST ANDYOU WASTED A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER AND TIME

is precious. water!! Flushing a tank depending on
tank size can take anywhere from 60 gallon on a 30 gallon tank up to 200
gallon on a 100 gallon tank if not more.
Cut in If tank is bowed down and the flange is not going to be flat where you want the flange to set place in hole with large rubber gasket. Place clamp on each side where the flange is away from the tank draw the tank to the flange now you can drill all the hole remove clean debris.
installation, our way
Open tank for aqua saver. Mark tank where you wish to place the aqua saver, you'll need a 10” X 10” flat open surface, If there is a spin weld plug on tank and it is in your way, You can move your flange to where you can cut it out with the hole saw or wood rasp it to smooth it out. Cut in hole, letting the saw do the work.
Place gasket on flange then place in new hole, Next with a ¼” sharp bit.
Drill and pin then drill a crossed from the first pin using the backer block.
Drill the other hole. Do not move drill bit in and out as you will in large the hole. Remove all debris with a wet dry vacuum, A clean tank is safe water tank, water will last longer and not turn raunchy in a short time, Could be a life line in time of emergency.
Cleaning tank for the first time
Remove all debris from tank wet/ dry vacuum, Use a drinking water hose with filter DO NOT use a garden hose. Making sure the tank is damp all over just lightly dampen tank if not, Dump or spray tank with Clorox it easy with a small sprayer, if not dump in the bottom of tank. brushing tank. using a sprayer you just lightly brush the tank top, sides bottom, and ends rinse down vacuum, rinse down vacuum, and rinse and vacuum for the final time
Job should be done check for any missed spots and touch up
No sprayer dump Clorox in bottom of tank dip in Clorox brush tank use little more Clorox for this operation.
Tools for cleaning for long tanks and end opening, 100 to 250 gallon tank. We use a painter pole for extension with a brush on the end. a small brush for around the opening and side where you cant get the brush and the painter pole small tanks may or can be done with one brush.
Installation tools 3/8 electric drill, ¼” sharp drill bit, 7/16 open end wrench or a 7/16 nut drive and our hole saw makes a perfect hole no guess work
Bulk head kit can be placed in tank for faster draining $29.50

We have cleaned a 100 gal. bounder tank in about 15 min. with about five gallon of water and Clorox.

Over the past 15 years we can not tell you how many of the so called do not leaking deck plates we have replaced. With our aqua saver. Because of the leak’s we bought one it came with no wrench to tighten down the screw in cap plate the o ring is not protected from ware and there was no fastener and no seal between the plate and tank. And it stated do not place where internal pressure is against plate it does not use food grade rubber seal, or medical grade plastic or to cut in a perfect hole as the hole saw that we offer does.
In short you get what you pay for. It is American made you cant compare the deck plate with our product you can place our unit top, side, or end where ever you have a flat 10” X 10” open surface.
Now why is there no RV camper dealers handling our unit because it takes away chemical sales less filters sales less service in short less profit. would any rec. dealer be honest or any manufacture admit to an unhealthy tank
